The Mohawk Valley Chapter is up and running and in full swing!  We have been busy planning the next Fall Regional in Saratoga Springs NY at The Beautiful Saratoga Hilton right in the heart of Saratoga Springs NY on Broadway(recently voted one of America’s Best Main Streets).

We are planning a full weekend including workshop’s, a trip to The Saratoga Children’s Museum, The Outer Zone(Lazer Tag www.outerzonesaratoga.com ), Wine Tasting, Speed Dating, A guided Tour of Saratoga, Medical Clinics with Dr. Michael Ain of Johns Hopkin’s University will be available by appointment.  Of course dances, awesome raffles, receptions, teen rooms, separate tween rooms, and kids rooms. 

As always a beautiful banquet and “A day at the races with your Fancy Derby/Saratoga Hat” theme and hat contest with a dance on Saturday following the banquet.  Sunday we have a breakfast workshop with a registered dietician. On your own you can walk right outside of the Hilton to find over 50 different restaurants and shops.  There are many museums and the Saratoga Casino and Raceway.  Great Escape Indoor Waterpark is just a 25 minute drive.  People who register and reserve their hotel room before June 1st 2012 can enter a special prize drawing at the banquet if they so choose.  On site we will have lp friendly products, an accessible shuttle with wheelchair lift, vendors on hand to browse and LP clothing exchange.
